Searching for a couple friendly holiday cottage in North Devon? Look no further, the Hen House at Accott Manor is the perfect hideaway for couples. The character property has been tastefully renovated to create a stylish yet comfortable, one bedroom holiday cottage complete with its own private hot tub. The dog friendly holiday home, enjoys countryside views and features an open plan living area with wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen and a Master Bedroom with en-suite shower-room.
The open plan living area is designed to provide maximum comfort and is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows and patio doors opening out onto the terrace. The living area is separated into a modern, well-equipped kitchen complete with an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher; a compact dining area with round glass topped table, and a comfy lounge featuring a sofa, an armchair, a wood-burning stove and a TV.
The Master Bedroom at the Hen House has lots of character with its vaulted ceiling and exposed stone walls. The bedroom has a king size bed and a small walk-in wardrobe.
Off the bedroom is the stylish en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a large walk-in shower, a wash-basin and a loo.
Accessed via the living area is the large terrace that enjoys far reaching countryside views. The terrace features the cottage’s private hot tub, a BBQ, sun loungers and a table and chairs for alfresco dinners.

We’ve had such a wonderful stay at the Hen House. The cottage is beautiful and we’ve loved staying here. We will miss seeing the cows every day! It’s been an idyllic holiday and so nice to come back after a day out and soak in the hot tub. We will definitely come back!! PS the scones were devine!!
